My hearing aid assessments
My aim is to provide a caring hearing aid audiology service to my customers using my experience I have gained since 1999!
I have over 25 years of helping patients with their NHS hearing aids.
The hearing aids I sell come with a manufacturers warranty of 5 years
In my assessments I will discuss both NHS and private options so the customer can make an informed choice. I have helped thousands of people with their NHS aids during my career and I am very happy to help with a referral to a NHS provider if my customer wishes it.
During my private hearing aid fitting appointments I check if the customer can hear the TV, door bell and fire alarms well.
From my experience, I have met many happy NHS hearing aid users. However some patients want some or all of the below:
- Smaller hearing aids
- Rechargeable hearing aids (no fiddly batteries)
- Latest technology features like receiver in the canal hearing aids
- Longer appointments and less waiting for appointments.
